En flamländsk red ale lagrad på hallon. I glaset hamnar en mörkt rödbrun öl med ett stort lock av rosa-brunt skum som fräser bort inom en minut eller två. Det verkar svårt att få någon direkt skumstabilitet i sur öl - och denna är alltså inget undantag.
